Pankaj Thakar - Chief Executive Officer
Pankaj is a highly successful executive with an entrepreneur's heart and over 23 years of experience in building multiple businesses. Currently as CEO and MD, he is spearheading the development and distribution of participative content for Cellcast's proprietary converged platform of television, mobile and internet in India. Under his leadership, Cellcast Interactive has changed the way TV content is being consumed in India. Cellcast Interactive has also generated alternate revenue for content developers/producers and their media partners like TV, print, radio and the internet. It was under his aegis that the company developed fantastic participative TV shows like Bid2Win and Bollywood Dhamaal.
Pankaj Thakar started his career with HCL in the mid-eighties and has been a part of companies like India Telecom. His last assignment before taking up the position of CEO & MD, Cellcast Interactive was as CEO of a Silicon Valley-based start up Consilnet Inc. Pankaj holds a Bachelors Degree with honours in Mathematics and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Pradeep Menon - Executive Vice-President and Chief People Officer
Pradeep has over 25 years of work experience in various domains including Marketing & Sales and Human Relations. At Cellcast Interactive, Pradeep is responsible for all HR related activities, internal and external Corporate Communication and Corporate Business Development.
Pradeep started his career as a core team member at HCL Ltd’s Reprographics division. After his stint of over 8 years at HCL, Pradeep joined as the Regional Manger North India for DHL, the logistics company. He has also held positions including Channel Manager and Marketing & Corporate Communication Manager at Unicorp and Senior Business Manager (Training Solutions) at NIIT Ltd. Pradeep worked as a Chief Marketing Officer and was a member of the core team at Consilnet India. Pradeep then moved in as the Country Head-Account Management, at Carlson Wagonlit Travels. Then he was the Vice President-Human Resources, at Primus Telecommunications till it was taken over by Tata Communications Ltd. Pradeep then set up Optio-a boutique consultancy helping organizations develop their Human resources reach their corporate goals by the right selection, training and retention strategies.
In the past 25 years, Pradeep has been involved in marketing products directly to the Government and Corporate. In his individual capacity Pradeep specializes in providing selection, training and retention solutions to help people handle challenges that arise in the dynamic marketplace. His vast experience puts him in a position of bringing in a business dimension to human resources by his ability to spot and select the right candidates and equip them with the requisite skills for the right business opportunities.

Vidyadhar Khatavkar - Sr. Vice-President Media
Vidyadhar Khatavkar is a veteran of the Indian Television Industry with more than 20 Years of multidimensional experience across revenue management, content development, business strategy, marketing and operations of TV channel in leadership role. He has great understanding of market research and sports marketing.
Vidyadhar, at Cellcast Interactive India, is incharge of media strategy, acquisition, consumer research, airtime sales and sponsorships.

K.S.Venkatesan - VP - Accounts and Finance
KS Venkatesan is a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of experience and over six years of managerial proficiency with various MNCs. At Cellcast Interactive India Venkatesan is in charge of corporate finance, strategic planning, risk analysis, business processes, policies and systems, legal and compliance matters, implementation of the ERP software, funds and cash flow management, budgeting, international company reporting, financial accounting including US GAAP accounting and the Sarbanes and Oxley Act;
Venkatesan is also responsible for liaisoning with banks, financial institutions and governmental agencies.

Alok Yadav - VP Technology
Alok Yadav has over 19 years of experience in the IT Industry. Alok is a veteran of the offshore software development industry, with experience across project management, client delivery, methodology creation and implementation. He is adept at understanding organisational dynamics, and has considerable expertise in offshore delivery having run ODCs ranging from 40 to 400. Alok, at Cellcast Interactive India, leads the initiative to streamline delivery out of the start-up phase into the institutional phase by putting systems and structures in place.
Alok is equipped with an Electrical Engineering Degree and an MBA from SP Jain College, Mumbai University.

Somnath Burman Roy - VP Content Development
Somnath has over 18 years of work experience in the music and television industries with in-depth exposure to ideation, scripting, creative direction, direction, production, programming, scheduling and anchoring. Somnath has come up from the grass-roots level and has a pertinent insight and expertise in all aspects of television-production (live and non-live) and music.
Somnath is well-versed with the technical and operational aspects of setting up and managing a television channel and production units.
